There is now a tab in the settings windows where it is possible to add the RTSP URL and to enable it or not (commit 54871df9b2009f24e0f28caab45e8875a1d0e1fe).

And the previous setting has been deleted (commit 50c6402c1f3aee676dd17335fe7c89f8a208ad7e).
