Pass JPEG images to the ALPR model and compare with raw images processing

Description
The thought process is that JPEG images have an efficient compression, so it is possible that the time processing is faster than using raw images.
It is possible that this method would not be possible to do. It appears that both formats would return different results in the OCR. What we can do is experiment with a huge load of data and use both formats to evaluate which one gives better results.
Although, it is possible that JPEG images would give worse results, since because of the image manipulation, we might lose context in the image.
If we have time, we will do this experiment and evaluate.
