Description
The approach for this is that, instead of having SCANCAR to calculate the needed frames for the desired distances before and after the detection of a license plate, cameraserver could do it by calculating the acceleration and speed more accurately (perhaps by querying the accelerometer inserted into the GPS circuit through UDP). Then the SCANCAR would only ask the distances they required and it's up to cameraserver to know which frames to return.
